Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Protein Bites

I love prepping some protein-filled snacks for the week ahead. These chocolate chip peanut butter protein bites are one of my favorites! You can’t go wrong with this classic combo, but if you’re not a PB fan, you can always switch it up with any nut butter you choose. Great for a quick bite before an early morning workout, afternoon snack at the office, or after-dinner dessert! They are super easy and quick to make and pack a whole lot of nutrients in one bite!

What You’ll Need

1 cup of oats (I used trader joes gluten-free rolled oats)

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used Be Well by Kelly’s vanilla protein)

1 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life)

Optional Add-Ins:

Coconut flakes

Flaxseed

Hemp Seeds

Collagen powder

Chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans give them a nice crunch)

Cranberries or Raisins

Cacao Nibs

Cocoa powder

Dates

Cinnamon

Recipe Tip: If the mix comes out too dry, try adding a splash of nut milk to your mix!
