St. Patty’s Mint Matcha

Get ~festive~ with this homemade St. Patty’s mint matcha! It is so easy to make and tastes just as good as the one you get at your favorite coffee shop. This drink is refreshing, energizing, and delicious! Unlike some coffee shop versions, this recipe is low in sugar, uses minimal ingredients that you can feel good about, and is dairy-free!

Matcha tea has become increasingly popular over the years for its many health benefits. It is high in antioxidants, helps protect the liver, promotes heart health, aids in weight loss, boosts brain function, and contains l-theanine which allows for a longer more stable caffeine release without the crash. Sip on this before a workout or at your desk for a little pep in your step!

Mint is a flavorful herb that packs a punch in just a small dose when it comes to health benefits! Mint helps with digestion, oral health, relaxation, respiratory health, reduces cravings, and improves focus. I love adding mint to a salad, smoothie, or tea throughout the day!

Whether you are celebrating St. Patty’s Day or not, this delicious mint matcha will add some green to your day, satisfy your cravings, and boost your mood & energy without the sugar crash!
